Which Water Flosser is the best for me?

Research conducted on wet flossing has proven to improve your dental hygiene if involved in your daily routine. Some other researchers claim that wet flossing after brushing teeth can be beneficial at removing plaque and also reducing gum bleeding. A clinical trial showed that people who brush their teeth twice a day along with wet flossing once a day had better gingival health than the ones who brush twice a day without wet flossing at all.

Look into the following things while getting a Water Flosser:

1. Reservoir capacity

If you don't want to travel with your wet flosser, it would be better to get a flosser with a larger water reservoir. It will help you floss thoroughly instead of refilling over and over again. But the flosser with a large reservoir won't be handy. If you want to take your flosser traveling with you, it is best to purchase one with a smaller, more portable reservoir.

2. Battery Life

There are many options with powerful chargers in the market that can keep the flosser powered for days. If you wish to take your water flosser even while traveling, look for a longer battery life model for convenient use.

3. Ease to Use

Purchasing a water flosser with a rotating tip makes a flosser much more user-friendly. This massaging action helps improve overall gum health while reaching areas that regular flossing cannot. Water flossing is particularly beneficial for people who wear braces or have permanent or temporary bridges.

4. Pressure

We all have unique tooth structures, and so the pressure required to clean them also differs accordingly. There must be enough pressure in the flosser to clean your teeth effectively, but not so high that it ends up damaging your gum, causing pain, discomfort, or bleeding. Water flossers are generally safe, and irritation that occurs by high pressure heals on its own. If it doesn't, you can visit us, and we can look into the dental issue in detail.

If you are a beginner (using a water flosser for the first time), we would suggest you use a low-pressure setting and then increase gradually.

5. Fully Equipped Set

Most of the water flossers available in the market are fully equipped, but some can be bought according to the dental work like braces or even dental issues like sensitivity problems.
